Refund Policy
GrowthWaveIndia is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction in all financial transactions.
Growth Wave India ("Company", "we", "our", "us") values customer satisfaction and complies with the refund and chargeback guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and our payment partners.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested in the following cases:
Duplicate payment or erroneous transaction.
Technical issues resulting in non-receipt of services.
Valid cancellation of an order within the permitted time window.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be made within 2 hrs of the original transaction time. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible, except where required under applicable law or payment gateway/issuer bank guidelines.
3. Deductions & Charges
For approved refunds, the net amount will be transferred back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank/payment provider's policies. Transaction charges (such as payment gateway fees or processing charges) may be deducted only where applicable and will be disclosed transparently at the time of refund.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:
Change of mind after successful access/consumption of digital products or services.
Failure to provide required KYC or compliance information as mandated by regulators or payment partners.
Transactions older than the refund eligibility period.
5. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund, please send an email from your registered email ID to growthwaveindia@gmail.com with the following details:

Registered Email Address
Date of Transaction
Payment Reference Number/Transaction ID
Screenshot of Payment Invoice
Reason for Refund Request
Note: Incomplete refund requests without the required details will not be processed.
6. Chargebacks
Customers also have the right to raise disputes/chargebacks directly with their issuing bank or payment provider in accordance with RBI and card network rules. We will cooperate with the payment gateway and banks in resolving such cases.
